Happy Holidays! Man, I haven't been on here for a really long time. I thought the website was down, but it was just my IP. I have of stuff to say, and will try to keep it short. For christmas I got a bunch of nerd-ware: thumb drive, CD-Rs, soldering iron, volt meter, etc. The volt meter and RC helicopter didn't work, so they got returned and my Grandpa sent me an awesomer volt meter. I also got a good amount of money, and just spent $100 of it on parts from Mouser, Goldmine, Site Player, and of course Radio Shack. I will use these parts to build 1. a new HV Power Supply with a better circuit, 2. An ethernet controller prototype, I might get some more later to control more things around the house, and 3. I just got 2 negative ion generators to mess around with. 12VDC on one side, 15KV on the other. It's great to mess around with, because it's (fairly) safe high voltage. It's also cool to be able to hold the HV warning sign on my wall USING high voltage. I'm still waiting on the Site Player, and will start building the new HVPS soon.
